Our Passion is Enriching the Lives of Young Children
The children in TODDLER B continue the potty-training that began in TODDLER A. They are encouraged to express their need to potty by being asked regularly and offered the opportunity. They learn through center play as well as receive instruction in letters, numbers, counting, shapes and colors. These children are taught how to recognize their name when written. They are also learning social skills such as walking in a line and taking turns. Using utensils correctly and drinking from a regular cup are also encouraged at this age. The maximum number of children in this classroom is 12 with 2 caregivers.
